Lyric mezzo soprano Erin Roth Thomas regularly performs as a featured soloist in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, singing a vast repertoire that spans from Bach’s Magnificat to Richard Danielpour’s An American RequiemOn stage, Erin has worked with Opéra Louisiane, Des Moines Metro Opera, and Painted Sky Opera, performing roles that include Pitti-Sing in The Mikado, Meg Page in Falstaff, Prince Orlofsky in Die Fledermaus, The Mother in Amahl and the Night Visitors, and Hansel in Hansel and Gretel.

Erin currently serves as the alto section leader and soloist in residence with the Sanctuary Choir at Lovers Lane United Methodist Church and is also a member of Vigil Schola Cantorum, a professional quartet that sings weekly at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. She also sings with the Cathedral Arts Choral Artists at St. Matthews Cathedral.

From Lufkin, Texas, and a proud graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University, Erin now lives in the Dallas area with her husband, Chad, and their dog, Reggie.

Erin is looking forward to the upcoming season, where she will be engaged as a soloist and chorister with Incarnatus, Highland Park Chorale, Verdigris Ensemble, Dallas Bach Society, and the Orpheus Chamber Singers.
